Key note speaker, Shadow Housing Minister - Jack Dromney will set out the urgent need to build more homes and the benefits this will deliver in terms of jobs and growth.

Adrian Coles, CEO of the Building Societies Association will discuss the mortgage market and we will also hear how public rented homes might play an important part in the future.

This conference will deal with the key issues including regulation, climate change, overheating and indoor air quality, building on the work of the industry think tank 'The Futures Group'.
